More crazy games

Oh no!!! My last post is already several months old! What has happened? It's 2010 already.

In the meantime I was working on my own game project without really achieving anything spectacular so far. But I also played some totally amazing games such as Dragon Age, Uncharted 2, Mass Effect 2 and just 2 days ago Heavy Rain.

Here's a list of oddities I came across when inspecting xbox live today.

First off, a cool treasure hunting game ( Lazy Raiders ) about Dr. Diggabone who is so lazy he won't even walk, so you have to move the mazes for him to hunt treasure:



The next game is called "The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom", a very crazy riddle kind of jump n run thing about a pie thief in pursue of a crazy pie who is also pursuing him and you can create time clones of yourself to aid you in this pie quest... quite a game...



I also played two xbox live indie games today, hadn't been to the xbox live marketplace for some time. So quite a lot was waiting there.

The first one is Shoot1Up, a great (mostly) horizontal scrolling 2d space shooter game with coop support. Looks very interesting and costs only 80 MS Points.



The last game for today is called "Fish listening to Radio". The name is the game, you control a fish or several fishs via coop and earn higher scores by eating worms and stuff. Don't get on the hook though. And the radio must be protected by any means!
